One of our top sellers! Three moist chocolate buttermilk layers with chocolate ganache, chocolate butter cream, topped with chocolate sprinkles. A wonderful combination of tart and sweet cranberries and oranges on top of an a rich frangipane (amond) base, baked in an all butter sugar cookie crust.

A great combination of a buttery shortbread crust filled with a rich vanilla chestnut puree, topped with a luscious cranberry orange compote, or instead of chestnut, try it as a key lime with the cranberry. Yum!
